At CBB, we’ve taken some of our favourite Asian and Western flavours and paired them in unique ways for a modern twist.
If you're after a good hearty meal, we have a range of smash beef burgers and chicken sandwiches featuring succulent chicken thigh is topped off generously with sauces that houses a myriad of spices.
Many of our customers just keep coming for "them wings". Both our Original Cuscaden Wings and the various flavored wings like Sambal Bawang Wings have their own dedicated following.

Spicy, sometimes sweet, other times sour, and perhaps at times, both. Sambal is the quintessential condiment in Asian foods. Countries and cultures all over Asia boast their own version of sambal.
For those who want to have an easy bite to accompany a night of drinking, our Tofu Sambal features tofu and tempe tossed in Sambal Ijo (Indonesian for Green Sambal). It’s iconic green colour comes from the green chillis that star in this dish.
For a dish with more sustenance, our Sambal Bawang Wings are a crowd favourite. Truly for spice lovers, it features our classic Cuscaden wings tossed in our Sambal Bawang. The oily chunks of chilli and onion coat the crisp skin of the wings for a satisfying texture with a burst of flavour.

Burgers are a familiar comfort food that caters to almost everyone. They are mouth watering and absolutely satisfying with every chomp. At CBB, we specialise in smash beef burgers.
They are, as the name suggests, fresh beef mince "smashed" with total finesse onto our grill. This gnarly method of cooking is not just for machismo points, but it brings out a different texture in your burger. As the patties are cooked over high heat, it creates a crunchy exterior while leaving the insides wonderfully juicy. All our burgers feature not one but two 100g patties for maximum indulgence.
Our patties are also lovingly seasoned with spices borrowed from familiar Asian dishes. This amalgamation of Western comfort food with Asian flavours is what you can find in all our Cuscaden dishes.
